We believe that partnership projects can be run on the following three levels: 

1. Partnership cooperation: on an equal footing, in a team, with goodwill
2. Partnership organisation: lateral hierarchy, self-organisation, participative decision-making
3. Partnership contracts: rectification of interests through alliance, remuneration dependent on project success, alliance model based on project stages, agile construction

We operate on all three levels:

1. We apply partnership cooperation daily in our projects.
2. We run a partnership organisation. We are a company without a boss – self-organised as a cooperative.
3. Soon there will be partnership-organised projects in Switzerland. We are actively looking into how we can realise partnership contracts in the future and at the same time generate added value. Whether in the form of alliance contracts, integrated project delivery (IPD) or individual solutions.

Currently a large number of initatives from different organisations are emerging. At the next SIA conference "Planning and Building in Project Alliances" in November, steps towards realisation with be specified. Together we can develop sustainable soluations for a future-oriented building industry.
