SBB Site Development Wolf Basel

In an area where logistics and rail use currently dominate, space for retail, offices and housing will be created in the coming years. waldner partner is supporting SBB in the development of the Wolf Basel-Stadt freight depot, providing project management and owner representation services for a total of 13 sub-projects (SIA phases 31 to 53).

The sub-projects involve the construction of new residential and commercial buildings on the edges of the site and the renovation of existing buildings, some of which are listed.
