Bay Bäckerstrasse 9 Zurich

Bay Technologies commissioned waldner partner as Owner’s Representative during the construction phase of the renovation project at Bäckerstrasse 9 in Zurich. The existing apartment building was converted into 21 one-room apartments, each with a kitchen and bathroom. In addition, the attic was converted into 2 two-floor apartments. The comfortable rooms can be rented for long stays. The construction work was carried out by Halter AG.
