Mattenhof Sunnige Hof, Zurich

In Zurich Schwamendingen, 320 co-operative housing apartments in multi-storey blocks and 80 terraced houses were built to replace the existing co-operative housing complex. The homes range in size from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms, with spacious glass surfaces and generous outdoor areas. The development includes an underground car park.
