Mönchaltorf Sunnige Hof, Zurich

The Sunnige Hof housing cooperative is building a residential complex consisting of apartments for families and the elderly, with underground parking, on the Silbergueb Nord and Süd sites in Mönchaltof. The construction is being carried out in four phases. In the first two phases various apartment blocks with 2.5-4.5-room homes for families, couples and single people are being built. This will be followed in phases 3 and 4 by further apartments for families as well as homes for the elderly and an assisted-living shared apartment with related infrastructure and services.
