SIA Succession Policy and Agile Management ​​Workshop

As part of the SIA inform courses, waldner partner organises and moderates two workshops on succession policy and management:
- a company without a boss | a new concept of succession policy
- a company without a boss | a new concept of management ​

At the half-day workshops, experiences and learnings from waldner partner's own transformation from owner- to employee-run organisation, and its related succession policy, are shared – a journey from being an employee to entrepreneurship. The participants receive an insight into how succession policy and management can work differently.
